importantmessage May 10, 2008 For the past 4 years, the HindsightMX Indoor Motocross facility has
been located at the Taurus Park Industrial building in North Plains.
During that time, we have worked hard to grow the business and expand
our offerings while leasing at a substantially discounted rate. As of
May 2008, the industrial park building is to be sold and redeveloped.
We have been notified that they will not be able to continue our lease
into June.
We are now seeking to relocate our current 32,000 sq ft of dedicated
riding space, and that may take some time considering market lease rates.
We will be able to operate in our current location through this month,
but we have learned that as of June 1st, we will need to vacate the premises. As of Monday, May 12 Again this is not what we had wanted to happen, but be certain of one thing... HindsightMX will be back in a better place, closer in and even more exciting. We have identified 4 locations and are working to finalize negotiations soon. As we re-emerge you will see our focus shift into multi-sports, a motocross academy, adventure sports and expanded apparel offerings. HindsightMX is a mindset. True to the sport, our track layout changes weekly. We are riders and so it is important that the track designs thrill you and get your heart pounding! Northwest Motocross is traditionally
a summer activity starting up once the rain subsides. But here at HindsightMX
you can ride even on the worst weather days! We have Oregon's only fully-enclosed
indoor motocross arena. Catch air, or ride it easy! Our dirt track gives
a challenge to riders of any level and for all ages. HindsightMX is a
full-service track, complete with a Big Screen TV, Snacks, Pro Shop,
Parts and Accessories, Tuning, Viewing platform and much more. We also
rent AIM Timing Systems so you can measure your skills while you ride!
